This is not a financing agreement, so you do not have to sign a long-term lease with guaranteed fixed payments.
We are a solar utility -- designing, building and operating a solar system and selling you the power it produces.
When you sell your house, you do not need to get the home buyer to assume a long-term fixed lease/Power Purchase Agreement payment, unlike typical solar approaches. If you move we just sell you the power in your new home.
No upfront payments and in most states you pay less for power than what you were paying your utility.
